Work with clients to understand their goals and needs for their home renovation project. Requirements: A degree in interior design or related field 5 years of experience as an Interior Designer in residential remodeling Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in residential design and attention to detail Knowledge of building codes, historic preservation regulations, and sustainability practices Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills Proficiency in design software such as Chief Architect or Revit A strong knowledge of the selections process and available materials Passion for the architectural details of older homes We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, and the opportunity to work on some of the most beautiful and historic homes in the area.

The Director of Interior Design will oversee Interior Design for PBK. The Director must have the ability to create design concepts and continue the development through all design phases.
