Senior Residential Designer

Job Description As a Senior Residential Designer, you will play a key role in our team's success. You will work alongside the owner and principal designer to design and draft high-end, custom homes. Your expertise in residential design and project management will ensure that our clients receive exceptional results. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from remodels and additions to new construction. Your ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders will be essential in ensuring that our projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities • Design and draft high-end, custom homes • Work closely with the owner and principal designer to bring visions to life • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks accordingly • Utilize AutoCAD to bring custom home designs to life Requirements • 5 years of professional architecture experience with single family residential projects • Associates degree in architectural drafting or bachelor's degree in architecture • Licensed Architect a plus but not required • Firm understanding of home construction materials and methods • Ability to create accurate and concise document sets from permitting and design development, through construction documentation • Proficient with AutoCAD software • Ability to work in a team environment What We Offer We offer an outstanding compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth and development.
