Prepares, corrects and updates documents during schematic design, design development and construction administration phases.Coordinates color and material palettes.Solicits bids and assists the Project Manager and client in subcontracting fabrication, installation, and arrangement of the materials, finishes, and furnishings required.Produces written documentation related to project including agreements, meeting documentation, transmittals, memoranda, etc. Oversee coordination and quality assurance of documents required to complete a project or phase of a project; ensures documents are in concert with design intent.Communicates with consultants, contractors, sub-consultants and other disciplines to ensure project details are carried out including technical issues and project information at all levels of contract administration.May assist in design presentations.May assist more senior staff with keeping a phase of a project on schedule.May provide support to all team members for specific field, style, or phase of interior design expertise.Develops and maintain positive relationships with consultants, contractors and jurisdictional/approval agencies.May be responsible for communication with other disciplines, vendors, and contractors to ensure incorporation of all information into project requirements and provides support as necessary.Fosters a commitment to external and internal client service. Explores and identifies new opportunities to add or enhance professional services with existing clients.Participates in selected marketing and business development opportunities.Assists in development of fee proposals for marketing proposals.May participate in developing the annual business plan for the interiors discipline.
