Job Summary: As an Interior Design Consultant with Floor & Decor Holdings, Inc., you will provide exceptional customer service and design solutions to homeowners, interior designers, and builders. This role involves working closely with customers to understand their project needs, providing expert advice on tile, wood, stone, and accessories, and collaborating with store leadership and employees to manage projects from inquiry to installation. Key Responsibilities: • Greet store customers in a helpful manner and support store design walk-in needs • Schedule design appointments for existing and potential customers, while developing clientele through networking and referrals • Provide expert advice on tile, wood, stone, and accessories for residential and commercial projects • Design and sell complete, functional, and aesthetically appealing solutions • Manage multiple simultaneous customer projects through all phases with high accuracy, timeliness, and follow-up
