Exterior Decor Specialist

Job Summary Floor & Decor Holdings, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will lead our design team and provide exceptional customer service, working closely with customers to understand their project needs and create personalized design concepts. The ideal candidate will have 6 years of interior design experience, a degree in Interior Design, or a combination of both, along with excellent communication skills, knowledge of hard surface flooring, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Additionally, they will possess the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with residential and professional customers in the industry. Key Responsibilities • Proven ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with residential and professional customers in the industry. • Greet store customers in a helpful manner and supports store design walk-in needs. • Schedule design appointments for existing and potential customers. • Providing tile, wood, stone and accessories advice to homeowners, interior designers, and builders for both residential and commercial projects. • Design and sell complete, functional and aesthetically appealing solutions.
