Interior Designer St. Paul, MN - Hybrid | Direct Hire | $65k - $75k Konik is partnering with a growing company with an excellent culture and collaborative design team, seeking to add an experienced Interior Designer. As an Interior Designer, you will manage the interior portion of a project and work closely with an architectural team to develop educational and commercial projects. Interior Designer Responsibilities: • Develop design concepts and take part in presentations • Communicate with clients throughout the project to stay on track with design intent • Collaborate with project managers and architectural team members • Conduct programming and space planning • Assist with construction document sets on Revit • Select materials and finishes and create FF&E Specifications Interior Designer Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from a CIDA Accredited Program • 5+ years of interior design experience with educational and commercial building projects • Proficiency with Revit • Experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, MS Office • Excellent communication and organizational abilities Benefits: • Health, Dental, and Vision insurance • Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) • Paid Time Off (PTO) • 401k with Employer Contribution & Profit Sharing • Life and Disability Insurance • Bonuses • Professional Dues and Licensing Fees Konik is an equal-opportunity employer.
