Company Description Our design firm is a boutique studio catering to custom home builders and their clients. Role Description The Associate Interior Designer will assist in designing and executing interior design projects, including space planning, creating construction drawings, and selecting materials, finishes, and furnishings. The role involves collaborating with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure design proposals align with project requirements and vision.

You will work on all phases of a project from SD, DD, FF&E, CD's and CA. • Experience in multi-family and hospitality a plus. Through creative and thoughtful conceptual design, with an eye toward budget, our Interior Designers are the Client’s #1 advocate. • Lead/attend Client meetings and Client presentations, programming sessions, field verification, and collect Client’s objectives/information. • Translate Client’s vision into cohesive, aspirational, attainable designs within budget and client’s timeline.

• Experience in multi-family and hospitality a plus. Through creative and thoughtful conceptual design, with an eye toward budget, our Interior Designers are the Client’s #1 advocate. The Technical Interior Designer will assist and be able to produce technical documentation of the project, under direction and supervision of Campus Development Architect. Principle Responsibilities • Coordinate interior design across project team by collaborating with architect, and consultants to meet project goals, adhering to Gateway Campus Development project schedules and milestones. • Develop and maintain Campus and Office FF&E Standards that are functional, scalable for growth and complimentary to Gateway's culture. • Occasionally perform design charettes for Leadership to approve FF&E standards. • Lead and/ or collaborate with Senior Project Manager/ Architect to space plan and design the interior architectural envelope.
