Associate Interior Designer

Company Description Our design firm is a boutique studio catering to custom home builders and their clients. We offer the full range of interior design services including new construction designs, model home design and furnishings, residential furniture, accessories, window treatments and much more. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Southlake, TX for an Associate Interior Designer. The Associate Interior Designer will assist in designing and executing interior design projects, including space planning, creating construction drawings, and selecting materials, finishes, and furnishings. The role involves collaborating with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure design proposals align with project requirements and vision. Additionally, responsibilities include managing project timelines, vendor coordination, and preparing presentations to communicate design concepts effectively. Qualifications • Proficiency in Space Planning and knowledge of Interior Design principles • Experience with Architecture and Construction Drawings • Knowledge in selecting and specifying FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and project management skills • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field • Experience in residential or commercial interior design projects is a plus
