We are a luxury interior design and home staging brand built on thoughtful design, elevated living, and meaningful client relationships. We are growing, and we are looking for someone who is ready to grow with us. You will be the first impression of Linden Creek for many of our clients and partners, and a key driver of our continued growth. What You’ll Do • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, developers, and past clients • Actively pursue new business opportunities and convert leads into booked design and staging projects • Represent the Linden Creek brand with professionalism, warmth, and confidence • Guide clients through the onboarding process and ensure a seamless, elevated experience • Collaborate closely with the design team to align client expectations and project scope • Follow up consistently and thoughtfully to nurture long-term relationships and repeat business • Track leads, conversions, and pipeline activity with clarity and accountability • A natural relationship builder who genuinely enjoys connecting with people • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a bias toward action • Confident, polished, and comfortable representing a luxury brand • Familiar with the interior design, home staging, or real estate industry • Organized and detail-oriented, while still being highly personable • Motivated by results and driven to meet and exceed goals • Resilient, proactive, and energized by growth • You are the kind of person who follows up, follows through, and finds a way.
