Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented Interior Designer – Building Selections to join our Raleigh team. • Lead clients through the builder selection process, ensuring cohesive, brand-aligned choices in finishes, fixtures, and furnishings. • Balance creativity with efficiency while upholding Linden Creek's aesthetic, function, and brand values. Responsibilities: • Guide clients through the building selection process, from finishes to fixtures, ensuring a seamless and elevated design experience. • Collaborate with project managers, builders, and vendors to coordinate selections, timelines, and budgets. • Help develop and refine Linden Creek's design standards, processes, and client-facing materials. • Provide creative solutions and ensure all selections align with the client's vision and project goals. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in interior design, preferably in a residential setting, with furnishings and builder selections. • Experience with franchise design or rollouts is highly desirable. • Strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create functional, visually cohesive design solutions.
