Position Overview We are seeking a hardworking, dependable, and team-oriented Home Stylist to join our Raleigh-based team. This role focuses on developing thoughtful staging plans from our curated warehouse inventory and overseeing their seamless execution on installation day. While an interior design degree isn’t required, an understanding of furniture spacing, room flow, and functional layouts is essential. As a Home Stylist at Linden Creek, you will play a hands-on role in creating polished, market-ready homes that reflect our luxury brand standard. From selecting furnishings and accessories to highlight a property’s best features, to managing the logistics of installation day, you’ll help bring our vision of elevated everyday living to life. Key Responsibilities • Develop staging plans using Linden Creek’s curated warehouse inventory. • Oversee staging installations, ensuring seamless execution on site. • Curate furniture placement and room layouts to highlight each property’s best features. • Collaborate with senior stylists and team members to bring design visions to life. • Manage the set-up and breakdown of staging materials in a professional, efficient manner. • Assist with inventory management, ensuring furnishings and décor are organized and well-maintained. • Maintain a clean, polished, and professional workspace at all times. • Contribute ideas and proactive solutions to enhance staging outcomes.
