Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Junior Home Stylist to join our staging team. This role is perfect for someone who loves design, enjoys working with their hands, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will play a key support role in staging and de-staging homes, helping us create inviting spaces that inspire buyers and reflect the Linden Creek aesthetic. Responsibilities • De-Staging Support: Pack up accessories, art, and small furniture pieces from homes that have sold and coordinate with movers to return them safely to the warehouse. • Staging Installations: Serve as a second set of hands during installations, assisting stylists with unpacking, placing decor, and ensuring homes are photo-ready. • Warehouse Assistance: Help organize and maintain the warehouse, including pulling items for upcoming projects, cleaning, and keeping inventory areas tidy. • Inventory Management: Shop at local retailers to replenish accessories, art, or décor as needed, and add purchased items to Archd inventory management system. • Collaboration: Work closely with the home staging and warehouse teams to ensure smooth project execution and on-time completions. Qualifications • Strong attention to detail and a good eye for style. • Ability to lift and move décor and small furniture (up to 20 lbs). • Comfortable working in homes, warehouses, and retail environments. • Reliable transportation for occasional errands and shopping trips. • Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn. • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Skills • Experience in home staging, interior design, or retail merchandising.
