Position Overview As a Home Stylist, you will play a crucial role in transforming residential spaces into market-ready homes. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with clients, assessing properties, and curating aesthetically pleasing and functional interiors. By staying informed about industry trends and employing your keen eye for design, you will contribute to the overall success of marketing homes on the real estate market. What You’ll Do: Client Collaboration Schedule and conduct property tours with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and expectations.Develop a comprehensive home staging plan aligned with the property's unique features and the client's marketing strategy. Budgeting and Timelines Work closely with clients to determine project budgets, timelines, and expectations.Present detailed estimates, ensuring transparency and alignment with client goals. Product Selection Carefully curate and select furniture, art, accessories, and other design elements that enhance the property's appeal and marketability. Project Oversight Oversee the installation of selected items, ensuring the seamless integration of design elements. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in home staging or furniture retail (required).Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
