This company takes a full-service approach to custom residential projects — combining land development, architecture, interior design, and construction under one roof. They're looking to add an experienced Interior Design Project Manager to their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, managing complex timelines and budgets, and being hands-on through every phase of the design and build process. Healthcare design experience is a big plus. The position requires direct client interaction, involving sales/upgrades for clients, which elevates the designer to be a part of the scope generation direct with the client. Minimum 3 years relevant interior design experience Knowledge of furniture; finish materials and specifications Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design Proficiency in AutoCAD and 2020/CAP Studio Ideal experience: • Project experience developing furnishings standards for healthcare environments such as; outpatient cleanability required in healthcare environments.

Specialized experience for this position includes: • Experience that required the performance of work concerned with the design and alteration of interior spaces to meet functional and aesthetic needs such as: • Identifying, researching, and creatively solving problems pertaining to the function and quality of the interior environment. To meet TIG for positions above the GS-05 grade level, you must have served at least one year (52 weeks) at the next lower grade (or equivalent) in the normal line of progression for the position you are applying to. Education:A copy of your transcripts or equivalent documentation is required for positions with an education requirement, or if you are qualifying based on education or a combination of education and experience. If the position has specific education requirements and you currently hold, or have previously held, a position in the same job series with the IRS, there is no need to submit a transcript or equivalent at this time. FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements.
