About this role

We’re partnering with a well-established and growing design-build firm that is known for crafting timeless, personalized homes across Southeastern Wisconsin. This company takes a full-service approach to custom residential projects — combining land development, architecture, interior design, and construction under one roof. They're looking to add an experienced Interior Design Project Manager to their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, managing complex timelines and budgets, and being hands-on through every phase of the design and build process. The right candidate will bring a blend of project management experience and a solid background in interior design or residential construction. What You'll Do: • Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple clients throughout the design-build process • Coordinate project details and design selections with internal teams (architecture, construction, and sales) • Guide clients through material selection and design decision-making in alignment with their budget, timeline, and lifestyle • Follow the company’s structured design process, ensuring quality and consistency • Provide creative and logistical support for classic, semi-custom, and fully custom home builds • Manage bids, pricing, documentation, and communication with vendors and suppliers • Ensure strong communication across all stakeholders to keep projects on track What We're Looking For: • 3–5+ years of experience in interior design, project management, or a related field • Background in residential design or construction strongly preferred • Highly organized with strong communication and time-management skills • Comfortable navigating architectural plans and construction documents • Ability to adapt to evolving project scopes and client preferences • Proficient in managing project budgets and timelines • Confident in presenting design concepts and solutions to clients • Familiarity with residential materials and finishes, including product quality and pricing
