About this role
We are a design-forward, fast-moving family seeking a hands-on House Manager to help keep our home and properties organized, functional, and beautiful. We love elegance and intentional spaces — and we’re also a busy household with three boys at home. Life can be energetic and occasionally chaotic, and this role exists to help bring calm, order, and systems within that reality.
You’ll support the organization and care of the owner’s personal home (including laundry and maintaining household systems), assist with interior design and setup for our main home, a cabin build underway this year, and experiential vacation rental properties. You’ll also support décor sourcing and purchasing, including overseas procurement (training provided), and assist with the setup and management of a growing e-commerce catalog featuring items showcased in our properties.
This role is primarily in person, with some tasks able to be completed remotely.
