Strong computer skills across all facets of daily business operations Proficient with email, digital calendars, spreadsheets, word processing, and cloud-based file organization Comfortable preparing client-facing documents, proposals, presentations, spreadsheets, schedules, and reports Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Apple Pages/Numbers/Keynote, Canva, Dropbox, and similar programs preferred Ability to organize, name, track, and maintain digital files with accuracy and consistency Comfortable learning and using project management, communication, and design-support platforms Tech-savvy, resourceful, and able to troubleshoot basic computer, printer, scanner, and file-sharing issues Familiarity with social media platforms, online ordering, vendor portals, and web-based research is a plus Prior administrative, office coordinator, operations, executive assistant, or design studio experience preferred Exceptional attention to detail is required Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with excellent follow-through Comfortable managing multiple tasks, workflows, and shifting priorities Professional, polished, and client-service oriented Strong computer skills across all facets of business administration Ability to support operations management, systems, scheduling, vendor coordination, and internal organization Interior design, architecture, construction, or luxury service experience is a plus Compensation commensurate with experience.
