As we grow, we’re searching for a Director of Design to lead our design, technical, and art/accessories teams with a blend of creativity, operational savvy, and people-first leadership. As Director of Design, you’ll be the creative anchor and operational compass for our design department. Here’s what your world will look like: Design Leadership • Support and refine our creative visioning process across all projects • Lead and enforce design standards, policies, and procedures • Oversee all deliverables: presentations, specs, design books, art/accessories, and installs • Manage FF&E budgets, labor forecasts, and workflow prioritization • Drive design innovation while balancing client needs and project goals Who You Are • A design leader with 6+ years in interior design, including project management • Experienced managing teams, budgets, and client relationships • Proficient in design and operational tools: Microsoft Office, Photoshop, AutoCAD (or similar) • Adept at balancing creative direction with technical execution • Strong communicator and negotiator with an eye for detail and a heart for mentorship • Bonus points for construction knowledge or a background in hospitality/multi-family projects

Job Title: Commercial Designer We are looking for a creative and detailed candidate with experience in interior architecture, solid working knowledge of FF&E design, construction details and ADA compliance. Job Responsibilities: • Ability to assist in the design and development of commercial projects. • Responsible for schematic design, design development and construction documentation and deliverables, including Shop drawings for design intent, review mock-ups, materials, and finish samples • Perform site inspections for verification of design intent, furniture and other FF&E installations • Prepare contract documents and work with consultants, contractors and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives. • Strong technical skills and abilities.

● Installation and Project Closeouts ○ Train and mentor Design Project Managers (DPM), and all designers for growth and development to meet company and team demands ○ Conduct training as needed (New and Ongoing WIN Policies/Brand) ○ Perform additional duties as needed that serve our clients and benefit the company. ● Interior design experience in project management to meet milestones and goals
