Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, lifestyle needs, and design goals • Analyze site conditions, including topography, views, orientation, and constraints • Develop creative and functional floor plans and architectural concepts • Build detailed 3D models and construction documents using Revit • Produce high-quality renderings and visualizations using Lumion • Review and mark up drawings using Bluebeam • Coordinate with internal team members, consultants, and builders • Take projects from initial concept through completed construction documents Location

Oxford Design Haus is seeking a Part Time Licensed Architect to collaborate with our team. This role requires an active architectural license in the State of Utah. The architect will oversee and review custom residential designs in communities and developments that require licensed architectural involvement throughout Utah and the Western United States. • Strong experience in custom single-family residential design • Ability to review, oversee, and stamp construction documents as required

Role Description The Architectural Drafter and Residential Designer will be responsible for drafting architectural plans, developing residential design concepts, working closely with clients and team members, and using design software for rendering. Qualifications • Experience in drafting architectural plans and developing residential design concepts • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar • Ability to work closely with clients and team members, incorporating feedback into design revisions • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or related field • Experience in custom home design is a plus
