Role Description Oxford Design Haus is seeking a Part Time Licensed Architect to collaborate with our team. This role requires an active architectural license in the State of Utah. The architect will oversee and review custom residential designs in communities and developments that require licensed architectural involvement throughout Utah and the Western United States. The majority of our work is high-end single-family residential, with occasional small commercial projects. Requirements • Active architectural license in the State of Utah. Being licensed in Texas is also a plus. • Strong experience in custom single-family residential design • Ability to review, oversee, and stamp construction documents as required • Strong understanding of construction detailing and consultant coordination • Ability to integrate design elements and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations • Professional collaboration with engineers, builders, and architectural review boards This is a flexible, part-time position ideal for an experienced architect who enjoys thoughtful custom residential work and meaningful involvement on a part-time or as-needed basis. • To apply, please send your resume and introduction to info@oxforddesignhaus.com
