Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Drafter and Residential Designer, located in Lehi, UT. The Architectural Drafter and Residential Designer will be responsible for drafting architectural plans, developing residential design concepts, working closely with clients and team members, and using design software for rendering. The role also involves ensuring that designs meet local building codes and regulations, and making revisions based on client feedback and project requirements. Qualifications • Experience in drafting architectural plans and developing residential design concepts • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar • Ability to work closely with clients and team members, incorporating feedback into design revisions • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or related field • Experience in custom home design is a plus
