Applicants need to have a minimum of a 2 year degree in interior design, and some previous experience in the industry , and should be able to work individually and within a team on fast paced interior design and remodel projects from concept through installation. You will work closely with the designers, our construction manager, sub-contractors, and our clients and assist in all areas of design and project management. Some previous experience of remodel construction and interior design is a must. · A Communicator- You will work daily with the designers, the sub-contractors, and the clients, and need to be able to clearly and positively communicate with all. Create timelines and assist with scheduling, communicate with subs and clients.

You need to be able to work individually and within a team on fast paced interior design projects from concept through installation. You need to have a strong knowledge of interior finishes, materials, fixtures, furniture, and fabrics and be able to specify appropriate solutions for all the above as well as develop interior palettes. You need to have strong organizational skills, be a people's person, and above all have an amazing sense of aesthetics. You will work individually on your own projects, and develop designs for small and large scale projects, AutoCAD for floor plans, elevations, and overall design concepts, do client presentations and follow trough with clients individually.

You will work on multiple projects at any given time, and need to be able to provide the highest level of quality and customer service possible. · A Communicator- You will work daily with the designers, the sub-contractors, and the clients, and need to be able to clearly and positively communicate with all. You will be responsible for making sure the details are taken care of, and the designers plans are executed in detail. Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday
