This role will support both the design and administrative functions within our firm, assisting with project coordination, client communication, product management, and general office duties. Design & Product Management: • Contact vendors for new product samples and collections. • Update and manage client and vendor information in the database. Client Services & Project Coordination: • Research products and communicate key details such as pricing, availability, and lead times to clients and lead designers. Sales & Purchase Order Management: • Communicate directly with clients to process orders for fabrics, furniture, flooring, lighting, and other products.
