About this role

Key Responsibilities: Design Expertise: Co-create in the design process for high-end residential projects, focusing on space planning, client presentations, and creative solutions. Client Relations: Effectively communicate and present design concepts to clients, incorporate feedback, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Project Coordination: Oversee the procurement process, including product sourcing, logistics, installation, and quality assurance. Ensure timely delivery and flawless execution of design elements. On-site Support: Provide on-site support for furniture and custom installations, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards. Be available for site visits and client meetings. Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, other designers, the Studio Librarian, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and creative synergy throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in high-end residential interior design, with a focus on luxury and custom design elements. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Strong proficiency with design & procurement software, including Studio Designer (or similar), AutoCAD, Enscape, SketchUp, and/or ArchiCAD. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines. Strong vendor relationships and an understanding of procurement, logistics, and installation processes. Ability to travel day-to-day and participate in physical on-site installations when necessary.
