This role involves creating high-quality visual representations of interior design projects, collaborating closely with designers and clients to bring visions to life. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to upscale residential and commercial projects, utilizing cutting-edge visualization tools and design principles. Skills • Proficiency in SketchUp, 3ds Max (or similar), Rhinoceros 3D, Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign). • Experience with interior design concepts including remodeling, renovation, lighting sales, construction documentation, and space planning.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Interior Design Administrative Assistant to support sourcing, organization, and day-to-day tasks. This is an entry-level support role with training provided. The ideal candidate is organized, task-focused, and interested in interior design, but does not need to be an experienced designer. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Design Support • Compile shopping lists based on provided design direction • Enter and organize items in Programa (training provided) • Maintain organized project spreadsheets and files • Track orders, deliveries, and basic logistics • Assist with product sourcing and research • Support multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail

This is a part-time or project-based position with opportunity for growth into a lead designer role. Ideal Candidate: • Located in Austin, TX with reliable transportation • 2+ years experience in residential or commercial interiors • Proficient in Canva, Pinterest, and design tools (Programa is a plus) • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Aesthetic intuition with an understanding of luxury design Expected hours: 15 – 24 per week

Role Overview We are seeking a part-time Interior Design & Procurement Assistant to support our lead designer with sourcing, vendor coordination, presentation prep, and day-to-day design operations. Responsibilities • Assist with design development: mood boards, Pinterest curation, and concept decks • Coordinate procurement: order tracking, receipts, delivery timelines (Programa + Google Drive) • Maintain and update Google Sheets for budget tracking and item logs • Communicate with vendors for quotes, swatches, or order issues • Assist with showroom visits, pickup/drop-off of materials, and sourcing errands • Help prep project presentations, visual decks, and client updates • Optional: On-site assistance during staging or install days Job Details • Part-Time: 15–24 hours per week • Pay: $23/hour (flat rate) • Location: Hybrid – Remote work + local Austin travel as needed • Flexible schedule, with weekday availability preferred Work Location: Hybrid remote in West Lake Hills, TX 78746
