With active projects in Austin, Dallas, and Houston, we’re expanding our creative presence and seeking a grounded, detail-oriented assistant to join our mission of designing spaces that uplift, restore, and embody purpose. Role Overview We are seeking a part-time Interior Design & Procurement Assistant to support our lead designer with sourcing, vendor coordination, presentation prep, and day-to-day design operations. You’ll work both remotely and locally—creating mood boards, updating spreadsheets, and occasionally visiting vendors, picking up samples, or supporting on installs. Responsibilities • Assist with design development: mood boards, Pinterest curation, and concept decks • Coordinate procurement: order tracking, receipts, delivery timelines (Programa + Google Drive) • Maintain and update Google Sheets for budget tracking and item logs • Communicate with vendors for quotes, swatches, or order issues • Assist with showroom visits, pickup/drop-off of materials, and sourcing errands • Help prep project presentations, visual decks, and client updates • Optional: On-site assistance during staging or install days Ideal Qualifications • Based in or near Austin, TX • 1–3 years experience or education in interior design, visual merchandising, or related field • Proficient in Google Suite, Canva, Pinterest (Programa experience a plus) • Highly organized, dependable, and resourceful • A strong aesthetic eye and love for high-design interiors • Owns reliable transportation for local errands when needed Job Details • Part-Time: 15–24 hours per week • Pay: $23/hour (flat rate) • Location: Hybrid – Remote work + local Austin travel as needed • Flexible schedule, with weekday availability preferred To Apply Please submit: • Your resume • A short note about why you're aligned with A Woman’s Touch • Optional: links to design work or visual boards (Pinterest, Canva, Instagram) Job Type: Part-time Pay: $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 – 24 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Professional development assistance Schedule: • Choose your own hours • Day shift • Monday to Friday • On call • Weekends as needed Ability to Commute: • West Lake Hills, TX 78746 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: • West Lake Hills, TX 78746: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Willingness to travel: • 25% (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in West Lake Hills, TX 78746
