Interior Design Administrative Assistant (Part-Time | Hybrid | Dallas-Based)

About the Role A Woman’s Touch is a growing interior design studio managing multiple residential projects across Texas & Nationally. We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Interior Design Administrative Assistant to support sourcing, organization, and day-to-day tasks. This is an entry-level support role with training provided. The ideal candidate is organized, task-focused, and interested in interior design, but does not need to be an experienced designer. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Design Support • Compile shopping lists based on provided design direction • Enter and organize items in Programa (training provided) • Maintain organized project spreadsheets and files • Track orders, deliveries, and basic logistics • Assist with product sourcing and research • Support multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail Workflow & Communication Participate in weekly check-in calls (30–60 minutes) • Provide daily async updates via email or messaging • Communicate clearly and ask questions when needed • Follow systems and processes consistently What This Role Is NOT No client sales or heavy client communication • No advanced 3D rendering required • No construction management • No micromanagement must be able to work independently once trained Required Qualifications Strong organization and attention to detail • Comfortable using Google Sheets / Excel • Reliable internet and daytime availability (Central Time) • Ability to follow direction and complete tasks efficiently • Based in Texas (Dallas–Fort Worth preferred) Preferred (Not Required) • Interest in interior design or related fields • Experience with admin, coordination, or operations roles • Ability to read or create simple floor plans • Familiarity with design software or tools Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dallas, TX 75219
