Luxury Interior Design Visualization Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Luxury Interior Design Visualization Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves creating high-quality visual representations of interior design projects, collaborating closely with designers and clients to bring visions to life. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a keen eye for aesthetics, and experience in luxury interior environments. Duties • Develop photorealistic 3D renderings and visualizations of interior spaces using software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhinoceros 3D, and Revit. • Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and construction documents with AutoCAD and Bluebeam. • Collaborate with interior designers to translate conceptual ideas into compelling visual presentations. • Assist in lighting design and selection, ensuring accurate depiction of lighting effects in visualizations. • Support project management tasks including scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with contractors on renovation and remodeling projects. • Prepare presentations for clients that showcase design concepts, materials, finishes, and lighting schemes using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite. • Participate in client meetings to review designs, gather feedback, and refine visualizations accordingly. • Maintain organized project files and documentation in accordance with contractual requirements. • Stay updated on industry trends in luxury interior design, visualization techniques, and new software tools. Skills • Proficiency in SketchUp, 3ds Max (or similar), Rhinoceros 3D, Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign). • Strong understanding of drafting standards, color theory, lighting design, and CAD principles. • Experience with interior design concepts including remodeling, renovation, lighting sales, construction documentation, and space planning. • Knowledge of project management practices related to budgets, contracts, and client communication. • Ability to produce photorealistic renderings that accurately depict textures, materials, and lighting conditions for luxury interiors. • Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas clearly to clients and team members. • Creative problem-solving skills with attention to detail in both design execution and visualization accuracy.
