Studio Coordinator - Part-time- W Design Interiors

W Design is seeking a fun, friendly & experienced part-time Studio Coordinator to work at our Chagrin Falls, Ohio location! The Studio Coordinator supports a variety of clerical, recordkeeping, and customer service tasks to assist with the smooth operation of the organization. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized office space, provide hospitality for clients, and support various departments as needed. Work Week: Monday through Thursday Work Hours: 9:00am-2:00pm. During special events or peak times of the year, we may require flexibility/additional hours, if needed. Duties and Responsibilities: o Receive and distribute mail/maintain office supplies/shipping & receiving o Answer phones and direct calls/maintain & update office calendar o Schedule meetings: in house, external, and rep visits o Housekeeping tasks/organize inventory o Manage landscaping and plants around building exterior o Assist with event planning and employee engagement o Client presentation hospitality & set up o Annual client holiday gifts management o Assist owner with occasional errands, shipments, and returns o Resource room/ design materials support o Client install errands o W Home Showroom/W Design liaison Qualifications, Education and Experience Include, but are not limited to: · Written and verbal communication. · Adaptable, able to pivot, personable, and outgoing. · Awareness and respect for the W Design brand and aesthetic. · Aptitude for working independently and within a collaborative environment. · Attention to detail and organizational skills. · Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel) · Commitment to customer service, satisfaction, internally and externally. · Meet deadlines and work well under time pressure. · Creative problem solver who can devise strategies and propose solutions. · Prioritize, plan, and execute diverse tasks simultaneously with little supervision. · Anticipate issues and handle them independently. · Ability to keep sensitive information confidential. Education required: High School Diploma Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service. Physical Requirements: This position may include physical demands such as the ability to intensely focus and handle stressful situations. Depending on the day, you may be sitting at a computer or working on your feet. This position involves lifting boxes and merchandise. There may be travel at times.
