ABOUT OUR STUDIO Heather Hilliard Design is a full service, high-end
residential boutique interior design studio based in San Francisco. HHD
creates personalized interiors that combine classic detailing with the
restraint of modern design. With every assignment the firm accepts, HHD

must have strong communication skills in order to work well within a team
setting but also have enough experience and drive to work autonomously.
Passion for interior design, is a must. In addition to FF&E;, you should be
experienced preparing schedules for contractors, inspecting products at
workrooms, designing in CAD and preparing proposals for clients. This position
is a “primarily work-from-office” position. The position requires visits to
showrooms, vendor workrooms, sites and occasional travel for out of state
projects. Candidate must live in the San Francisco Bay Area, or be willing to
relocate. JOB REQUIREMENTS \\- Minimum 6+ years of demonstrated experience
with an interior design firm serving high-end residential clients with
multimillion dollar budgets. \\- Strong AutoCAD Proficiency \\- Must have
significant experience in high-end residential FF&E;, not just in interior
architecture, commercial design or hospitality design \\- Demonstrated
knowledge of materials, fabrics, applications, and specifications in the
following areas: Custom furnishings, millwork design, material selection and
specification. \\- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop to prepare
presentations, mood boards and rendered elevations \\- Be comfortable working
in all areas of design (presentations, purchasing, concept design, project
management, installations, etc.) \\- Comfortable working under deadlines in a
fast paced, busy and creative atmosphere \\- A “can do” attitude, and the
ability to work well with others on a team \\- A valid driver's license and
access to a car (or car share) to visit job sites throughout the bay area and
wine country, the design center, and fabricator locations \\- Bachelor's or
master's degree in Interior Design or in Architecture \\- Experience working
previously as a project manager \\- Live within commuting distance to the
office, or willing to relocate \\- Must be Fully Vaccinated by start date
COMPENSATION \\- Salary commensurate with experience \\- Annual profit-sharing
bonus \\- 401(K) with 4% match after one year. \\- 3 weeks vacation (year 1),
4 weeks (year 2), 5 weeks (starting year 5) \\- Monthly Healthcare
