Interior Designer/Decorator

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Creating in a timely manor, merchandise displays throughout the store or in other defined areas • Creating an enjoyable, visually pleasing, and easy shopping experience for the customer to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction • Assisting with set up for special in-store events • Directing the work of Floor Technicians to accomplish furniture moves on the showroom floor • Using taste, experience, and judgment to plan and accomplish goals QUALIFICATIONS: • A High School diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in a related area ( design, art, architect, etc) is preferred • Design certifications are also preferred • A portfolio of your own creations would be ideal • 2-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area is Required • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within merchandise visual display Required • A high degree of creativity and initiative is Required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Flexible spending account • Health insurance • Health savings account • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Day shift • Monday to Friday Experience: • Interior design: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: • Tulsa, OK 74133: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
