SOURCED INTERIORS is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative / Studio Coordinator to support the daily operations and operations management of our luxury interior design studio. This role requires excellent follow-through, strong communication skills, strong computer skills across all facets of business administration, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts with accuracy and discretion.
The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, resourceful, and extremely attentive to detail. This person should be comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment where organization, presentation, technology, operations, and precision matter. An exceptional, can-do positive attitude is a must.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operations management support to the principal and design team
Manage calendars, scheduling, appointments, meetings, and day-to-day coordination
Assist with client communication, vendor follow-up, and project correspondence
Track orders, proposals, invoices, samples, deliveries, approvals, and project-related documents
Organize digital files, client folders, vendor information, and project materials
Coordinate with vendors, showrooms, receivers, contractors, consultants, and service providers
Assist with preparing proposals, presentations, spreadsheets, schedules, reports, and client-facing documents
Support office procedures, internal workflows, task tracking, and operational systems
Maintain office organization, sample library, project tracking systems, and studio resources
Follow up consistently on outstanding items, deadlines, approvals, and deliverables
Help ensure daily studio operations run efficiently, professionally, and with a high level of detail
Support day-to-day studio needs as required
Computer & Technology Skills
Strong computer skills across all facets of daily business operations
Proficient with email, digital calendars, spreadsheets, word processing, and cloud-based file organization
Comfortable preparing client-facing documents, proposals, presentations, spreadsheets, schedules, and reports
Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Apple Pages/Numbers/Keynote, Canva, Dropbox, and similar programs preferred
Ability to organize, name, track, and maintain digital files with accuracy and consistency
Comfortable learning and using project management, communication, and design-support platforms
Tech-savvy, resourceful, and able to troubleshoot basic computer, printer, scanner, and file-sharing issues
Familiarity with social media platforms, online ordering, vendor portals, and web-based research is a plus
Qualifications
Prior administrative, office coordinator, operations, executive assistant, or design studio experience preferred
Exceptional attention to detail is required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with excellent follow-through
Comfortable managing multiple tasks, workflows, and shifting priorities
Professional, polished, and client-service oriented
Strong computer skills across all facets of business administration
Ability to support operations management, systems, scheduling, vendor coordination, and internal organization
Interior design, architecture, construction, or luxury service experience is a plus

Compensation
Compensation commensurate with experience. Estimated range: $25–$30/hour or $55,000–$62,400 annually, depending on experience and scope of responsibilities.
