We're on the lookout for a passionate and seasoned Interior Design Consultant to join us full-time! A Day in the Life: • Collaborate with fellow designers in the showroom, managing projects from sale to installation. • Showcase our product lines during in-home appointments, demonstrating your expertise and closing sales. • Price and quote luxury design projects with confidence. • Cultivate partnerships with builders, clients, and stakeholders to drive business growth. • Maintain relationships with our esteemed clientele, providing exceptional service at every step. • Utilize upfront design sales techniques to deliver luxury custom designs seamlessly. Qualifications: • 2-3 years of experience in designing and selling custom cabinetry, window coverings, and/or furniture. • Bonus points for experience in millwork/custom fabrication sales. • Proven track record in lead generation and sales execution. • Ability to translate product knowledge into tailored recommendations for clients, facilitating the selection process and closing sales. • Proficiency in design project management, from recommendation to installation. • Entrepreneurial spirit, detail-oriented mindset, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. • Comfortable with recommending and closing high-value sales.
