You’ll craft stunning event interiors, holiday installations, custom backdrops (shimmer walls, 3D props, printed signage), and festive displays while driving business growth through networking. What You’ll Do • Plan and execute captivating event interiors and holiday décor, from corporate functions to private celebrations and seasonal installations. • Design custom backdrops, shimmer walls, 3D props, printed signage (e.g., Coroplast), and holiday displays for festivals and community events. • Utilize our warehouse, showroom, fleet, and team (installers, carpenters, marketing) to elevate event and décor quality. • Build and maintain a strong network to grow our event rental and holiday décor division. • Collaborate with marketing and SEO teams to promote events and attract clients. What You Bring • Proven experience in event interior design, holiday décor, or related creative fields. • Expertise in crafting photo ops, backdrops, shimmer walls, 3D props, printed signage, and festive installations. • Strong networking skills to expand client base and partnerships. • Professionalism, reliability, and a results-driven mindset. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
