We are looking for sales associates for our fast paced Retail Flooring Design Center. If you are looking to make $80-$150k per year this is the place to be!! (Commission based) -Familiarity with floor plans/diagrams, calculating the square footage is needed to generate quotes for clients. -Experience within the flooring/interior design industry is MANDATORY! We are looking for someone who is self motivated, detail orientated, with good work ethic, great people skills, and excellent communication/presentation skills. We provide healthcare, 401k, Profit sharing and monthly incentives. About the job: • Greet and work with clients while providing flooring/design advice • Close sales to reach monthly sales goals • Follow up with customers • Establish and maintain customer relationships • Maintain showroom displays, and visual merchandising of samples • Must be able to close sales!! Qualifications: • MINIMUM 1 YEAR FLOORING SALES EXPERIENCE • Ability to develop effective customer relationships • Self-driven to meet sales goals • Experience in a design-related sales position is preferred • Eager and willing to add to knowledge base of flooring and flooring materials • Highly organized and detail oriented with a good work ethic • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively BONUSES MONTHLY ON TOP OF COMMISSIONS :) Please respond via email for consideration!
