Creative Interior Designer and Sales Coordinator

Job Description: Are you a creative and driven individual with a passion for interior design and sales? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a knack for creating beautiful spaces? If so, we want you to join our team as an Interior Designer & Sales Coordinator! As an Interior Designer & Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, creating and maintaining a client base, and meeting sales goals. You will work closely with our vendors and suppliers to ensure that we are offering the latest and greatest in interior design trends. The ideal candidate should have a passion for design and be able to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. The candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities: • Develop design concepts and space plans • Create detailed drawings and specifications • Select materials and finishes • Manage project timelines and budgets • Communicate with clients and contractors • Oversee installations and ensure quality control • Manage client’s expectations during ordering / purchasing / delivery lead-times / installation fees / drop-shipping / product availability / etc. • Manage & organize paperwork – purchasing paperwork / product confirmations / customer deposits / etc. • Maintaining showroom – daily & weekly showroom maintenance • Additional tasks as they are assigned by supervisor Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field • Strong knowledge of design principles and practices • At least one year of experience in sales or customer service • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Provide exceptional customer service to clients • Create and maintain a client base • Meet sales goals • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers • Stay up to date with the latest trends in interior design • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Passion for interior design and sales • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage paperwork & sales Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000.
