Must-Have Hard Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a CIDA-accredited university • 8+ years of total experience in architecture/interior design • 4+ years of experience with multifamily projects • Ability to navigate all phases of a project (discovery through closeout) • Proficiency in Revit Must-Have Soft Skills • Ability to manage multiple large and midsize projects • Mentorship capability for junior team members • Strong attention to detail and communication skills • Team-oriented and client-facing Nice-to-Have Skills • FF&E procurement experience • NCIDQ certification • Experience with corporate/commercial projects (office buildings, commercial real estate)

Key Responsibilities: • Leadership & Collaboration • Participate in strategic planning meetings (quarterly & annually) and contribute to the studio’s success. Team Development & Mentorship: • Mentor team members at various levels (IID/SID/AD) and conduct quarterly and annual check-ins. • Monitor project deliverables to ensure high quality and final checks for all phases. Degree: • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field required. • Business development mindset to expand the firm’s presence.
