Position Overview Seeking an experienced Interior Designer to manage projects from programming through completion. This role involves close collaboration with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned interiors. Ideal for someone with strong multifamily and corporate experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects at once. Must-Have Hard Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a CIDA-accredited university • 8+ years of total experience in architecture/interior design • 4+ years of experience with multifamily projects • Ability to navigate all phases of a project (discovery through closeout) • Proficiency in Revit Must-Have Soft Skills • Ability to manage multiple large and midsize projects • Mentorship capability for junior team members • Strong attention to detail and communication skills • Team-oriented and client-facing Nice-to-Have Skills • FF&E procurement experience • NCIDQ certification • Experience with corporate/commercial projects (office buildings, commercial real estate)
