We are seeking a creative, passionate Mid-Level Interior Designer with the ability to wear several hats, work collaboratively with other designers and consultants, and most importantly, lead their own design projects with a sense of ownership, integrity and responsibility Success in this role requires a minimum of 3-6 years hospitality-specific experience. Venice, CA Studio Collective continues to grow rapidly with a significant number exciting new projects, and we seek team members who would like to join us in furthering this trajectory, working under Senior & Mid-Level Designers in a range of projects. Job Description: • Assist Project Design team with design planning and concepts thru all phases of the project development • Assist Project Design team with initial project presentations, both by computer and hand rendered • Assist Project Design team with interior design and interior construction drawings and sketches • Assist with both existing conditions and on-site project verification measurements and surveys during construction administration • Assist with on-site project installations and styling during photoshoots • Assist in the production of furniture designs and FF&E related drawings • Assist with and/or develop 3-D Sketch-Up drawings and interior perspectives for spatial exploration • Source unique materials and find inspiring imagery and concept ideas • Meet with vendors pertaining to architectural finishes and other construction related goods and materials • Help with any inter-office tasks large or small for Senior Design managers and partners as needed • Work with Interns to oversee and manage the materials library. Qualifications: • 1-2 years’ experience in interior design and/or architecture.
