Our commercial furniture company, located in Conway, SC, is seeking an experienced Interior Designer Salesperson to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: • Build and maintain client relationships to drive sales • Conduct client consultations to determine design requirements and budgets • Work with our CAD team to create design proposals and space plans using CAP 20/20 • Knowledge of CAP Complete is a strong plus • Develop and present compelling product and furniture solutions • Coordinate project timelines, product orders, and installation schedules • Collaborate with the internal team to deliver exceptional customer experiences • Stay current on industry trends, products, and best practices • Utilize our CRM system to manage project details and receive sales leads • Work on project bids Qualifications: • Proven experience in sales and interior design, ideally within commercial furniture • Proficiency with CAD software and CAP Complete a plus • Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively • Proven experience in sales and interior design, ideally within commercial furniture • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively • A positive, team-oriented attitude What We Offer: • Professional, supportive work environment • Opportunity to work on diverse and exciting commercial projects • Convenient Conway, SC location If you have the talent, drive, and passion for sales and design, we want to hear from you!

Job Overview Ideally, the candidate would have several years of interior design or project management experience, but if you're a self-starter with an amazing aesthetic sense, we might be open to training you. Experience - Proven experience in interior design or decoration - 3+of experience in the industry - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Rhinoceros 3D, Adobe, or similar packages. - Strong knowledge of color theory, lighting design, and spatial arrangements - Experience with project management in interior design/build projects - Ability to draft plans and communicate design ideas effectively - Portfolio review will be required Ability to Commute: • Conway, SC 29526 (Required)

The CAD designer with assist with designing floor plans as well as assist with accurate and detailed shop drawings. • Space planning • Create files to send to the CNC • Assist in the design of furniture under direction of the Project Manager. Required Skills and Abilities: • Proficiency in AutoCAD • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel skills • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to read, understand floor plans. • Ability to work on a deadline driven schedule
