Interior Decorator/Space Planner

Job Overview We are looking for a Project Manager/Interior Decorator with exceptional customer service, a solid design portfolio, and great communication skills. We need someone who can work independently, manage a design project from concept to completion, and interact with clients and contractors. Ideally, the candidate would have several years of interior design or project management experience, but if you're a self-starter with an amazing aesthetic sense, we might be open to training you. Responsibilities - Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand their design preferences and requirements - Space Plan to provide guidance on space utilization, layout, and flow - Estimating - Phone skills a must. - Follow-up with clients - Contact daily leads and follow-ups - Develop design concepts and mood boards to present to clients - Select furniture, decor, lighting, and color schemes that align with the design concept - Create detailed floor plans in AutoCAD and 20/20 Giza - Create 3D renderings - Coordinate with contractors and vendors to execute the design plan - Stay updated on emerging trends in interior design and decor Experience - Proven experience in interior design or decoration - 3+of experience in the industry - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Rhinoceros 3D, Adobe, or similar packages. - Strong knowledge of color theory, lighting design, and spatial arrangements - Experience with project management in interior design/build projects - Ability to draft plans and communicate design ideas effectively - Portfolio review will be required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Paid time off Schedule: • Day shift • Monday to Friday Education: • Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: • Interior design: 3 years (Required) Ability to Commute: • Conway, SC 29526 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Conway, SC 29526: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
