Duties/Responsibilities: • Relate to clients with excitement and empathy • Build trust with clients to facilitate long term sales relationships • Prepare for weekly design consultations with new clients and follow-up meetings with current clients • Follow Décor Direct’s unique design process • Space planning areas of home using Floorplanner software • Prepare client-ready visual boards of concept and furnishings • Understand and deploy proposals of competitive and profitable pricing of products and services • Follow up with clients every stage of the design process • Attend furniture deliveries for key accounts • Work in fast paced environment and produce a high volume of sales • Seek continuing education about vendors, products, fabrics, lead times, etc.
