As the Gallery & Retail Manager, you will oversee the daily operations and performance of our flagship retail location, build and lead a passionate team of sales associates, manage customer relationships, and ensure the smooth execution of gallery sales, services, and events. Sales Leadership & Customer Service • Lead all in-store, phone, and online sales operations, including walk-ins, proposals, invoicing, collections, and deliveries. • Prepare weekly work schedules and lead onboarding/training sessions on POS, product knowledge, brand values, and processes. • Collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams to propose retail promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns. Experience: • Interior Design Furniture/Appliance/Material Showroom: 2 years (Required) • working for a high-end/luxury brands: 1 year (Preferred)
