Plant Loving Interior Designer/Sales Associate

Plant the Future is a destination for biophilic living in the heart of Miami, blending art, nature, and design to create immersive experiences for residential and commercial clients across the globe. Our flagship location is a creative sanctuary where guests come to reconnect with nature, explore mindful Biphilic design, get inspired and connect with the community. Key Responsibilities: • Design spaces for designers (B2B) and end-consumers (B2C) using our extensive catalog of Biophilic design products and artwork. • Create renderings and floor plans for prospective clients. • Provide exceptional customer service to walk-ins, phone, online, and WhatsApp orders. • Work with existing residential and commercial clients (e.g., 1 Hotel & Homes), ensuring timely communication, follow-up, and service. • Utilize CRM software to execute follow-up strategies with new leads and past customers, maximizing sales conversion and retention. • Assist with day-to-day showroom operations. • Follow inventory control guidelines to assure accuracy of the Showroom's inventory. • Assist with the production of showroom events to engage the local community and clientele. • Collaborate with the marketing team in developing new campaigns and promotions. • Compensation consists of a base salary or hourly rate plus commissions.
