Duties - Collaborate with clients to determine their needs, preferences, and budget constraints - Create design concepts that align with clients' vision and requirements - Develop detailed plans, including layouts, color schemes, furniture selection, and lighting design - Utilize software such as Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D for drafting and designing - Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to - Oversee the construction or renovation process to ensure designs are implemented accurately - Ability to work well in a collaborative environment and bring new ideas and products to the table • Strong Rendering skills • Proficient in Auto CAD • Provide excellent presentation skills and proficiency in Photoshop, particularly for renderings ,in addition to In Design, Sketch Up and Microsoft Office Suite • Experience in commercial and high-end residential design • Experience with creating all project documentation, including Design Development sets • Strong knowledge of environmental and sustainability friendly products • Basic knowledge of current building codes including ADA requirements Pay: $20.00 - $27.77 per hour Ability to Commute: • Rye Brook, NY 10573 (Required)
