What You Need To Apply For the Senior Interior Designer Position: • A minimum of 5 years of experience • Outstanding drafting and graphic presentation skills • Proficiency in Revit • Proficiency at specification writing for both finishes and FF&E • Experience with project management and construction administration • Exceptional oral and written communication skills • The ability to work independently and as part of a team • The ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail • The ability to balance a budget and oversee the interior design team's billable hours • Be high performing, charismatic, out-going, resourceful, and a team player • Mentor Jr. level Interior Designers • Be an innovative, strategic thinker and a natural relationship-maker and leader • Contribute to all stages of the design process: conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and FF&E move-in/installation • Understand construction and construction administration services • Participate in some level of business development by attending industry events and working with current and potential clients to win more work for the department (we have an in-house business development team for this, but the interior design team's workload will still be a focus) Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday

JZW Architects is seeking a talented and self-motivated interior designer, with project management experience, professional design experience, and a proven record of commitment to quality and excellence. We provide design services on a wide range of projects and design styles. The job will include the full range of interior design services, as well as project management, and production quality management. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities: • Capable of contributing to all stages of the design process: conceptual/schematic design, design development, construction documents, and FF&E move-in/installation • Collaborating on Construction Documents in Revit, including but not limited to floorplans, finish plans, interior elevations, millwork details, RCPs.
