Senior Level Interior Designer

JZW Architects is seeking a talented and self-motivated SENIOR LEVEL INTERIOR DESIGNER, with extensive experience with project management, interior design, and a proven record of commitment to quality and excellence. We provide design services on a wide range of projects and design styles. Among other project types, we specialize in dental, assisted living, multi-family and residential projects. The job will include the full range of interior design services, as well as project management, employee management, production quality management and marketing / business planning tasks. Responsibilities · Has the ability to work directly with the client and manage a design project from start to finish. · High performing, charismatic, out-going, resourceful, and a team player · Mentoring Jr. level Interior Designers · Innovative, a strategic thinker, and a natural relationship maker and leader · Capable of contributing to all stages of the design process: conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and FF&E move-in/installation · Understand construction and construction administration services Qualifications · Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience · Outstanding drafting and graphic presentation skills a must · Interior Design degree preferred · Proficient in Revit (required), 3D rendering skills a plus · IIDA, ASID, NCIDQ, LEED Certified a plus · Proficient at specification writing for both finishes and FF&E · Experience with project management and construction administration · Exceptional oral and written communication skills · Ability to work independently and as part of a team · Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
