• *We are a high-end interior design firm but THIS IS NOT A DESIGN POSITION. Nashville-based national interior design firm seeks Procurement Coordinator. This position must efficiently communicate with team members and vendors throughout multiple stages of a project. Responsibilities: • Expediting purchase orders and coordinating delivery of product • Liaising with 3rd Party receiving partners to manage incoming product, confirming no damaged items were received • Manage incoming product with receiving warehouses • Perform general clerical duties as needed, including filing and data entry Required Skills and Experience: • Interior Design/Procurement background or related field experience is preferred • Self-motivation, resourcefulness, ability to function in a team environment, positive and professional attitude and the ability to think outside the box • Knowledge of procurement processes, policies and procedures • Strong organizational and time management skills • Strong communication (verbal and written) and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, BluBeam, AutoDesk
