The Office Manager is the central hub for HHG’s daily operations, managing accounting support, You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and clients, while also ensuring our accounting records are accurate, leadership is supported, and all facility spaces reflect the HHG standard of excellence. Responsibilities Include: • Process accounts payable, including entering invoices and ensuring accuracy • Process accounts receivable, including posting payments and preparing bank deposits • Assist with basic reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records • Oversee the overall facility to ensure all spaces are functional, well-maintained, and client-ready • Manage showroom and meeting space calendars, prepare for client meetings, and set up • presentations with client branding on display • Greet and host clients, vendors, and guests in a polished, professional manner • Coordinate travel arrangements and off-site meeting logistics for senior leadership • Support planning and execution of off-site events or leadership meetings • Monitor and order office, showroom, and facility supplies as needed • Manage relationships with facility-related vendors, scheduling maintenance or repairs as • needed • Provide administrative assistance for projects and company initiatives • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive company or client information

About HHG Interiors HHG Interiors is a leading commercial interior solutions firm that brings spaces to life through thoughtful design, expert craftsmanship, and a passion for creating environments where people thrive. Reporting to the VP of Accounting, this full-time, in-person position is responsible for a wide range of accounting activities, including transaction processing, reconciliations, and reporting support. • 2-3 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally with multi-entity or multi-division organizations. • Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.

About the Role Business Interiors Jackson, a leading Haworth dealer and full-service commercial furniture provider, is seeking a reliable and detail-driven Customer Service Representative to support internal teams and ensure smooth project execution. • Invoicing and Accounts Receivable: Invoice customers at project milestones and assist with payment collection as needed. • Project Coordination: Track order status, maintain project documentation, and support internal teams (sales, design, project management, and warehouse). • Time Management: Demonstrate excellent time management skills with the ability to take on multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Communication: Serve as a liaison across departments to keep all stakeholders informed of order status and key details.
