About the Role Business Interiors Jackson, a leading Haworth dealer and full-service commercial furniture provider, is seeking a reliable and detail-driven Customer Service Representative to support internal teams and ensure smooth project execution. This is a behind-the-scenes role that focuses on order processing, internal coordination, and accurate documentation to ensure operations run efficiently. Key Responsibilities • Order Management: Enter and verify product orders and ensure accuracy of item details and quantities. • Invoicing and Accounts Receivable: Invoice customers at project milestones and assist with payment collection as needed. • Project Coordination: Track order status, maintain project documentation, and support internal teams (sales, design, project management, and warehouse). • Time Management: Demonstrate excellent time management skills with the ability to take on multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Communication: Serve as a liaison across departments to keep all stakeholders informed of order status and key details. • Administrative Support: Handle phone inquiries, organize digital records, and assist with reporting and fulfillment tracking.
